The giant fists swung down at Alicia, missing her as she ran around it with such speed and consistency. It kept turning its body to match her motion, but she has proven to be faster than the bigger foe. Those fists kept raining down on her with failure however. ‘STOP MOVING, YOU BUG!’ Another fist lunged out at her and crashed into the ground. Dusts and sand rose into the air. ‘The ground- ‘ She thought, looking at the area at which the fist landed before. ‘It cracked lesser than I expected.’ The titan turned around and lunged out at her, this time’s a flat hit, sending her flying metres away before slamming into a tree. She stood up on her two legs, wiping the blood off her lips. ‘Heh. Looks like you aren’t my enemy this time, big boy.’ With that, she sprinted off.
The knight behind the creation of the giant, placed his hand on the hilt after seeing Alicia rushing to his direction. Its undying attacks continued, forcing her to run in a zig- zag. Her knives in both hands, she plunged them into the wall, then climbed up them to the top. The wall was smashed at with Alicia shifting her position before the punches reached her. She made her way up like a spider crawling around its web. To her, this was not a hard feat to achieve, seeing that she had been doing that for the past ten years, searching for food and water to survive on. Climbing past large rocks and tall mountains just to reach the fruit hanging on the tree above. Such had been her life.
At the end of the wall, she threw herself on its floor. And before her, the knight stood looking at her. ‘You are quick, little one. That, I will admit but your line ends here.’ He unsheathed his sword, pointing the tip at her. ‘Come here, and I shall lessen your pain.’ She looked at the sword then to the knight, and flung her knives into the air. His eyes strayed away from her, tracing the two blades in the air. In that few moments, Alicia silently dashed forward and with a snap of her hands, she lunged a chain of stabs at his body. A few strikes later and her fingers penetrated the armour, into his skin.
‘Do not be deluded by that illusion of yours yourself.’ She paused, and he caught a grin on her face. ‘That is just your fantasy, not the reality.’ The giant faded away, like dusts blown away by the wind. And the sunrise drew a path over the horde of ogres and the knights.
