"Okay, will someone please talk to me? What happened at Gable Tower?" David openly begged as he and the others walked into the Cortex.
The others had tiredness written all over their faces and they couldn't bother to answer him. Terry was with them and he was entering the Bunker for the first time. His whole face lit up in admiration of their secret base.
"Hello?" David went on.
"Victor escaped," Essen finally answered him, laying down his guns on the big, round assembly table that they had. "But according to Terry here, he and the other Family members are all heading down to the Nevada desert."
"CERN," David quickly assumed.
"Exactly. This means we don't have much time before---"
