The meeting was just to point out her wrong to her, Cameron let her know that Camilla was the lawyer that would be handling the case but didn't introduce Ava as his PA but his Mistress which got Mila extremely jealous.
Her plot was aimed at including Camilla for being the one working against her with Cameron but when he heard of Ava, her heart immediately began to beat in sincere hatred and conspiracy for her.
"I'm going to deal with her!" She beats her chest as she is determined on this, while leaving the office.
