Chapter 14 : Prison is better

I swim out of the pool and take a towel to dry myself . I feel very badly after all that he said to me all I wasted is to run away dig a hole and hide inside.

I run away from the party when a hand suddenly holds mine which makes me to turn straight into a chest which embrases me it feels good but who is it .

I lift my head to see the last person on earth I wished to. It was his f*****g Lawyer.

Which made me to push him away from me "Don't be like this I just wanted to help" he says as he almost stumbles due to the force and rage I used when pushing him away.

"How dare you say such words ? I hate you don't ever try and lay your hands on me the consequences won't be nice at all " I say folding my arms and tapping my leg on the floor.

"We have to talk it's not a debate go get dry clothes so we can talk and I will be at peace for you will not fall sick any time soon."

He says and I look at him with disbelief "talk,,,,,? hum I don't talk with people like you and why do you suddenly care uh ? If

I get sick I'm sure you will be the happiest among them" I say and leaves what does he think is he crazy or something that I will talk with him with that his crazy attitude?

. No never but he shouts and what he says shocks me "I bought back your house do you want to have a look?" he says and I stop on track to turn and look back at him.

"You what?" I say wanting to hear it again "I said I bought back your house and if you want it back to you then just have an outing with me."

he says , walks to me and put his business card in my pocket and leaves to his car. which makes me to involuntarily look at him until he leaves the house in a daze when someone suddenly tap my shoulder .

"Hey what are you doing OMG what happened to you you are soaked " Madeline says "come follow me I will help you heat up fast ." she says when I bend my head down .

I go change and take a warm bath and she helps me with a big bowl of lasagna very hot and perfectly cooked.

"Hum yum yum so good Madeline you are the best" I say and hug her which startles her .

I suddenly feel more attached to her I finish fastly "Madeline what do you think about the lawyer of Lucas is he a good person ? I ask her and she looks at me confused

"You know that guy that often come here handsome tall and .....

"Oh you mean Stefan ?". she says

"That is his name ?" I ask It reminded me of my childhood friend a very kind little Chubby boy that my mom was taking care of back then .

"yes that is it " she says and I nod

"well he is a kind guy especially with those he knows it is not for no reason that they are friends .

I have to go it's already late good night girl sleep tight " she says and leaves my room when the music suddenly stops and I hear someone shouting.

"What the hell is happening here ? Who organised all of this ?" It was the boss and he was very very not happy at all.

I was about to sleep but I knew I wasn't going to . I climb on my bed and enter the covers .

Some minutes later , I hear a knock on my door . I pretended to sleep but the thing wasn't stopping so I finally decided to get up and open the door.

I was face to face with two pair of arrogant eyes two of the maids " Finally we got you" one says and slaps me across the face .

"Hey what is happening why are you slapping me" I inquired holding my jaw Both grabbed me forcibly and took me downstairs , as we arrived they threw me at the feet of Mr Maslow Washington.

" So you are the one who organised all this " he asks visibly very irritated ?. ok looks good. You will understand why I am the master of this house very soon .

"You do organise a party in my house without my permission ? " he asks why I was about the respond , he closed my mouth and I got cold blood

"Save it you are leaving this house immediately pack your things you have ten minutes I'm calling the police to pick you up debtor".

My body became stiff as I hear the word police and no word can leave my mouth. 'So is this how I will end ? in prison ? '

I ask myself and get up from the floor asking what I have done was pointless his anger was too much . I gather myself and move to my room and gather my everything .

I moved downstairs and directly to the door in ten minutes exactly and a police car was already waiting outside. I moved toward the car as two white policemen came out from the car. They stare at me and one of them takes my bag from my hand and throws it on the floor then blocks me from picking it up.

comes right away . " what is this mother fucker doing here , who called him ?" I ask to myself

"Where are you taking her to? I wanna see your arrest statement and order of mission if not the girl isn't leaving " he says firm and pick my things on the floor .

But sir we have always proceeded this way why are you so involved ? one of them replies to Stephan who is currently picking my remaining things from the floor for me .

"Because she is my girlfriend" Stephan says and looks at me in the eyes . 'Could it be him ? I asked myself .

" Hey I don't need your help who called you here your presence is not needed ". I say to him if I was to go to prison then so be it at least I won't see these two guys faces .

I move to the police car and enter myself closing the door . which leaves everyone shocked.
