Carl's POV
I woke up to the noise coming from outside. I was the only one here in the tent. What time is it? 7:15 am? It's too early.
I went out of the tent and saw that they were arranging all their belongings.
"Your awake. Arrange your belongings first we will leave at 8:00." said Axel.
"Okay." I went into the tent again and took the bag to the side and put the blanket and small pillow there. I also finished quickly since we did not release all our belongings last night.
I went out of the tent again and put the bag on the root of the tree and helped fold the tent.
After 30 minutes everyone was ready to return to our car.
"Let's go." Axel said.
"We haven't eaten yet Axel ?." Jane asked.
If we not eating we are gonna get hungry while walking. Especially if it takes an hours of walking. They still all look sleepy like me.
"Eat while walking, you all brought some easy to eat foods right? Eat those."
Why does he seem to be in a hurry?
He is like that since last night, I really noticed his anxiety.
Axel's POV
I know they are wondering but I can not stay long in this forest. I don't fell safe and I'm afraid something bad will happen to us.
We started walking and we just followed the path we took yesterday.
It is so remarkable that this forest is so quiet that all we hear is our steps.
I looked back and noticed they were eating.
Angelo and Jane are still fighting over crackers.
The others are just quietly eating and walking.
"Are you not gonna eat bro? " I turned to my left and saw Vince.
Honestly, I haven't had an appetite since what happened last night. Even in sleep I just keep thinking of getting out in this place. I don't want to stay here anymore.
I chose not to tell them what happened about last night so that they would not be scared and they don't panic.
"I'm fine, maybe later."
And looked back at the road.
We need to get out of here.
I don't feel safe anymore.
Cristail's POV
I notice Axel's silence. I know he is a serious person but he is quieter now.
"That's mine b***h, no matter when you really are, you are a thief, you have more foods than me, don't take mine."
"I'm not a b***h sis. You don't call me like that. I'm a beautiful goddess. Also, i am just asking for crackers."
"FYI. You're not beautiful and don't even dream to be a goddess, and what are you saying? asking for? You've already ate up my two crackers."
These two keeps arguing about crackers, the have plenty of food but they were fighting over the crackers. I just shook my head at them.
I just ignored the two and just went for a walk.
Those two will stop later when they are tired.
Alexa's POV
We have been walking back for three hours but I feel like we are still far away from the entrance of this forest.
We are very tired from walking because Axel does not want to rest.
"Wait a minute, we've been walking for a while but it seems like we're still a long way from the entrance." said Jane.
She is right.
"Jane is right, it's like we're just coming back." Are we lost again?
Axel looked around and looked nervous.
"Let's rest first it is already 11:30am, let's eat first before walking again sis." angelo said.
We sat on the ground and take our food in the bag.
Fortunately, a lot of food was brought.
After eating and resting we started walking again.
Take a walk.
Walk.
Walk.
Walk.
Walk.
Its already 1:35 pm we've been walking for almost two hours since ate earlier but we are still here in the middle of the Nighty Forest.
"Stop." i said. They all looked at me.
"There is something really wrong with this Forest, we have been walking for five hours but we are still here in the middle of the forest."
"We don't seem to be leaving here and just going around." Sandy said.
"What's going on? I'm scared guys." Jane says in tears.
Cristail approached her and calmed her down.
It seems that all of us are afraid of what is happening to us. Angelo is no longer making noise either.
Vince's POV
Even I, do not know what to do with what is happening now. We really should not stay here anymore.
I also noticed during the few hours we walked we did not even see anyone other than us. It is impossible for no one to come here but we saw cars outside this Forest.
I also notice Axel's anxiety. This is the first time i saw him as if he did not know what to do.
"What are we going to do?." Sandy asked.
No one answered her question, because neither of us really knew what to do.
Was there something in this forest?
Why can't we get out?
"Save the food you have from now on." axel said as we looked at each other.
"Because we don't know when we can get out of here." at what he said the girls could not help but to cry.
We feel hopeless right now.
What is really going on in this forest?
I hope nothing bad happens to us.
Jane's POV
Because of what Axel said we could not stop crying. Why is this happening to us?
We just want to experience camping, but why is this happening?
"We can do nothing but walk until we reach the entrance no matter what happens."
We decided to take a walk until we did not know where to go.
No one speaks to us. We only feel fear and apprehension right now.
Our excitement and teasing to each other are gone. Everyone is serious while walking, no one stops just to get out of here.
It will be night again but we are still here.
I had only one question on my mind.
Can we still get out of here?
