Yes....Master

**Russo El Massimo’s POV** Leonard droned on about the northern ports merger. Slides. Graphs. Projections of forty-three percent profit. The other men in their thousand-dollar suits shifted uncomfortably every time my gaze moved. I wasn’t really listening My mind was forty minutes away, in a modest house on the edge of the city where *she* had run without permission. Without a word to me. Leonard faltered when he noticed my silence. “Is there a problem, Mr. El Massimo?" I leaned back, tapping one finger slowly on the armrest. “You promised ‘no more questions from the authorities.’ That’s a dangerous lie.” The room went deathly quiet. Sweat beaded on Leonard’s upper lip. “I meant—” “No one is untouchable,” I said calmly. “Not your customs friends. Not you." I glanced at Bernstein standing near the door. He gave the slightest nod. Message received. “Continue,” I ordered. Leonard rushed through the rest of his presentation, voice higher, words faster. The others barely breathed. They knew the smile that ghosted across my face didn’t mean approval. When the meeting finally ended, I stood. Everyone rose with me instantly. “Meeting’s over.” They gathered their things and left as quickly as they could without running. Only Bernstein stayed. When the door closed behind the last man, he stepped closer. “Sir.” I didn’t turn. I looked out at the city instead. Rain starting again. Gray sky pressing down. “She came back at 7:15 p.m.,” he said quietly. “Side gate. Fredrick let her through.”I nodded once. “She went straight to her room. Didn’t speak to anyone." “And?” “I left the items on her bed as you instructed.” Good. The rose, the tie.Small reminders, she would understand. I finally looked at him. “Make sure no one disturbs the third floor tonight. No cleaning. No maintenance. Nothing.” “Yes, sir." He hesitated. Just a fraction “Sir… the staff are starting to whisper. About the maid. About the late-night movements.” My eyes narrowed. “Who?” “Mia mostly. Fiona overheard something. Camilla saw shadows on the third-floor landing last week." I exhaled through my nose. Slow. “Handle it.” He understood. No need for details. Once alone, I walked to the window and pressed my palm against the cold glass. Rain streaked down outside. She had dared to leave without asking. Dared to think she could step out of my reach for a few hours and return like nothing happened. I pulled out my phone and sent the final message. Tomorrow. She thought space would loosen the hold I had on her. She was wrong. The real chain wasn’t the collar or the silk tie. It was the way her body obeyed me before her mind could resist. The way she came back even when fear told her to run. Tomorrow night at 11 p.m., she would walk into the red room again wearing nothing beneath that black uniform. And this time, I might not let her leave so easily,I checked my watchTwenty-six hours.Plenty of time to make sure she understood exactly who she belonged to, and make her say the only word that matters*Master* ***** The day moved like I was underwater. Every task took twice as long. Every sound made me flinch. I dusted the same hallway three times because my mind kept drifting. Mia noticed immediately while we folded napkins in the linen room. “You’re acting extra weird again. Did something happen yesterday?" “Just family stuff,” I said too quickly. She raised an eyebrow. “Family stuff that makes you look like you’re about to throw up?” I forced a laugh. “I’m fine, Mia. Really.” She didn’t push, but her eyes followed me when I left. The whispers were spreading. I could feel them like cold fingers on my neck. Camilla cornered me near the service elevator at noon, voice low. “Fredrick said you left through the side gate yesterday. You came back looking scared. And someone saw a light under the red door after midnight.” My stomach dropped. “It’s not what you think.” “If he’s hurting you—” She grabbed my wrist gently. “We can leave. Tonight.” “It’s not like that,” I whispered “Then what is it?” I met her worried eyes. “I can handle it.” She didn’t believe me, but she let me go.The rest of the day dragged. At 6 p.m. I returned to my room. The rose was gone, but the black silk tie remained folded on the bed. I hid it under my pillow, telling myself I could still say no. At 10:45 p.m., I stood in front of my mirror. Black uniform. White apron. Nothing underneath, just as he ordered. The fabric felt rough and exposing against my bare skin. I knocked on the red door at exactly 11. Russo opened it immediately. Black shirt, black pants, sleeves rolled up, expression unreadable. He stepped aside without a word. Once the door locked behind me, the silence felt heavy. “You left without permission,” he said quietly. “Yes, Master.” “You came back." “Yes, Master.” He walked toward me slowly. “Why?” I looked up into his eyes. “Because I couldn’t stay away.” Something flickered across his face — not quite softness, but close. He traced one finger down my jaw, over my throat, and stopped at the top button of my uniform. “Unbutton it.” I obeyed. The fabric parted, cool air hitting my bare breasts. He watched every movement but didn’t touch me yet. “On your knees.” I sank down. Uniform open. Exposed. He crouched in front of me, tilting my chin up. “You thought you could take a day for yourself." “I was wrong.” His thumb brushed my bottom lip, then pressed inside just enough to part it. “But you came back. And you obeyed.” His hand slid inside my open uniform, palm flat against my stomach, then higher. He cupped my breast, thumb brushing the n****e once. I gasped. He squeezed — first gentle, then harder — until I whimpered. “That was your only warning,” he said, voice low. “Next time you disappear without telling me, I won’t be this gentle.” He released me and stood. “Button your uniform. Go back to your room.” As I fumbled with the buttons, he added, “Tomorrow night. Same time. Bring the tie from under your pillow." “Yes, Master.” I walked down the dark stairs burning, spinning, and more under his control than ever. *****
