The sun had not yet settled to it’s peak, and a soft breeze kissed the convent’s garden, flowing through the tall hedge and bowing the white petaled daises that lined along the cobbled path beautifully. Aria’s bare feet sank gently into the cool grass as she wandered without direction. She had woken up early, and even though she didn’t see Lucian next to her, she wasn’t bothered enough to ask.
