“Mom don't tell me that!” I was angry, more angry than I expected to be
“No son, you can't send a search party out for a murderer!” My mother clapped back
“Listen to your mother Ben, bringing her back will cause……”
“Caroline stop!” I started pacing around the room again
“Who's side are you on, Carol? My mom's side or my side?”
“She's on the good side, the smart side, keep your emotions aside and let's face the truth” My mother moved closer to me
