"Hello Cornel" I spoke into the phone speaker
"What's up Rayyan" Hearing Cornel's voice again after so long warmed my heart
"How are you feeling now?" I fought back tears and laughter at the same time
"Well, I'm good. The last procedure I had nearly took my life, but I'm better now and I'm finally leaving the hospital in a few days" He laughed
My heart was heavy with joy when Elsa called me and told me that he stopped responding to treatment and was getting worse I almost lost my mind, but now I'm glad that he's better
