He was so close to simply f*****g her hard and quickly till he experienced his own o****m, but he refrained, giving her enough time to climb the mountain. But as soon as it became too much, he withdrew his fingers.

He took hold of her hips and leveraged the wall to begin slowly pumping into and out of her. He took his time and worked her cunt till she was wailing his name and pleading with him for more. He'd been denying them this for far too long, and now that he finally understood what real pleasure was with a partner, he had a finite amount of control. He touched her cheek and her lips with his thumb. All he wanted to do was remain in this exact location, inside of her, gazing into her stunning brown eyes.

Rebecca remarked, "I believe we must get dried," but he could see that she was trying to hold back a yawn.

They both put in a lot of effort today.

He extended his hand and turned the shower off. He said, "Wait here."

He extended his hand and pulled some of her hair away from her face. I suppose it worked to some extent because we are both in your bed.

You're hilarious, She chuckled before leaning in and kissing him. So, when the house is finished, what are you going to do?

He questioned, fearing he might hurt her. He put his hand on her abdomen. Had he overdone it the first time?

He couldn't think of anything to say as he stared at her. Phoenix was unsure of what an alpha did. It was all new to him because he had never been in this situation before, but he didn't want Rebecca to worry.

He said, "Do you want to tell people?" To him, this was a much more urgent matter. He would understand his function, but what did they do? For so long, they had kept their relationship a secret. He was stuck for ideas at this point. If it were up to him, he would shout it from the rooftops. He wished to inform her parents as well as the rest of the pack.

"Maybe we ought to keep this private for the time being. Just in case, you understand.

Although he concurred, he couldn't help but consider, just in case...what?

Section Nine

Two Weeks Later Her parents had been so close to catching them. Phoenix was forced to sneak out of her bedroom even this morning. Rebecca had been on the other side, listening, while her father had been waiting there.

Are you leaving my daughter's bedroom, Phoenix?

No, I'm about to knock, I'm sorry. She desired to be awakened.

Her father remarked, "That's not Rebecca.

She's been putting forth a lot of effort.

She and Phoenix had also been catching up on missed time when her parents were out late at night. That woke her up in the morning.

She had been really anxious. The previous two weeks seemed like a surreal dream. They were together almost constantly, if not all of the time. It was challenging for them to be alone once they arrived at his house. There were a ton of employees, and Phoenix was there to help with everything. She worked in the garden and avoided her friend so he wouldn't feel uncomfortable because she knew Phoenix was envious of Daniel. There were only the two of them left after all the staff had left.

She was anticipating being able to remain at Phoenix's house because he had said it wouldn't be long. They could only have s*x when her parents were away from the house. They waited for her parents to go to bed and then sneaked into her bedroom, which she loved, to just spend time together without having s*x. That was like to a dream—a f*******n, terrifying dream—but one from which she didn't want to awaken.

Phoenix approached her from behind and encircled her waist, saying, "This is so wonderful."

She said, "Someone might see."

I could care less. He gave her neck a kiss. It looks fantastic. Daniel and you both did a fantastic job.

To him, she leaned back. Because his bike still constituted a serious threat to her, Rebecca had been hesitant to tell anybody about their mating connection. She wasn't sure what she would do if he had to get on that contraption and go in the next second.

She didn't want the pack's sympathy at all. She didn't want to inform the entire pack that they were together simply for that reason. If not, she only wanted to notify everyone. Her mother kept staring at her the night after she lost her virginity, saying there was something unusual about her but she couldn't place it.

Phoenix gave her neck a kiss.

"You're bossy," she said.

"I feel like I'm going to have to stand up for you," He gave her a wink. He took a towel for himself and wrapped it around his waist before taking one for Rebecca as he emerged from the shower. She was still standing in the corner of the shower as he turned to look inside.

Baby, hurry up.

He was unable to turn his gaze away as she approached him. Her body's allure, her hips' sway, and the possession he sensed were persistent. More than anything, he yearned for her.

Phoenix moved up to him and wrapped the towel around her body. You now have me, she said.

And he was never going to let her go. He aided her in exiting the shower before bending forward, shoving her over his shoulder, and raising her. She began to laugh.

She questioned, "What are you doing?"

Her laughter made him smile.

For him, this was hardly a revelation. Since he could remember, Rebecca had ruled his life, and that was not going to change—not now, and probably not ever.

He set her on her feet once they were inside her bedroom, which wasn't a long journey because she had an en suite. Yet he wasn't nearly through with her. She carried on laughing as he took the towel and began to dry her body. Despite Rebecca's best efforts, they both ended up in a heap on her bed after she attacked his towel and attempted to dry him as well.

Rebecca said, "It didn't quite go as planned.

People "will witness."

And I'll instruct them to look away.

She laughed. We'll be the talk of the neighborhood.

I don't care. He gave her an even closer hug. I've been missing you today.

She sat back and shut her eyes. She had also missed him. Phoenix had a pressing matter to attend to, therefore they had been unable to share lunch today.

She inquired, "What occurred earlier?"

Some people have disagreements about flowers, Phoenix remarked. Flora preferred planting daffodils in the town square boxes, whereas Jake wanted to plant some roses. Their argument was becoming extremely heated.

Rebecca guffawed. You're aware that they are conjugal, aren't you?

“What?”

Well, Flora and Jake have been together for all of their lives, but they do occasionally fight. I hope you didn't become involved.

Arizona snorted. 'Hell no,' I advised them that there are six planters available, so if they need help, someone else will do it.

Oh my, you informed them about that?

"I was at a loss for what to do next. How would you have reacted?

It makes logical, said Rebecca. "You made the proper decision,"

"I don't want to be in the way of friends."

Rebecca tightened up when she heard a throat clearing. She swiftly moved in front of them to put some distance between them. She assumed they had been on their own.

Phoenix responded, "Daniel.

As Rebecca turned, she noticed her friend in the garden. He exchanged glances with the other.

Fuck!

Daniel was a wonderful person, but he was a huge gossip.

I failed to bring my lunch. He indicated where she was kneeling. Not even she had noticed it.

She took the lunch box and walked over to him while forcing a smile. Have a wonderful evening.

Daniel glanced at her before returning to Phoenix.

Night, she said.

Her friend followed the cue, gave them both a wink, and then moved on, leaving them alone.

She said, "I thought we were alone."

Phoenix muttered, clutching his neck, "We were, but I can't control when they come back.

She said, "He's going to tell everyone."

Why is that so terrible?

Her mouth moved forward before closing. “Seriously. He will spread rumors about anything. He is incapable of controlling his speech.
