"I do, yes. I concur with you.

He gave her a glance. "I want you to feel comfortable telling me everything. I know I want children with you. Rebecca, I want you to live with me. to share everything with you." On her back, he placed a flat hand. Do you also want that?

She gave a head nod.

I won't be leaving, I declare.

Rebecca extended her hand and touched his lips with a finger. “Don’t. Please.”

He grabbed her wrist and kissed each of her fingers. He said, "I'm so f*****g sorry for what I did." According to what I stated. I smelled heaven when I entered the tavern that evening. I needed to look, taste, or experience anything since I had never experienced anything like it, and when I met you, I knew I had found the right woman. He gave her his full attention for a moment. You were so young, though. You had just had your first transformation, and I knew I couldn't rob you of that. I had to wait for you. I have to give you the chance to succeed.

"I'm sorry," she said.

The Phoenix halted. “What?”

I pardon you.

He gave her a passionate kiss. “Again.”

I love you, and I forgive you.

He was a little taken aback when he gazed into her eyes.

"I love you, and you don't have to say it back." I've been in love with you for a while.

She screamed as Phoenix crushed his lips against hers. "Rebecca Simpkin, more than anything else, you have my undying affection." I don't desire anyone else more. only you. Every time, only you

She had tears in her eyes, and he smiled at her to let her know that he had not been lying. The truth was in them. the entire and unvarnished truth. She was his soulmate and everything to him. He had made a mistake, and for the last five years, he had been dealing with the fallout. I'm done. He could never survive without her. He would never abandon her, despite his love and adoration for her.

"I f*****g adore you so much. I can feel you in my stomach, and I think all this says is Rebecca. He put his hand close to his heart. I have trouble speaking, Rebecca. I'm not very good at anything, but I'm going to improve.

He was forced to his back by her. "Be quiet." She moved to straddle him as she gave him a kiss.

He could see the tears in her eyes as she reached in between them, but this time was different. They were happy.

He was ready to enter when Rebecca grabbed his d**k and lined it up with her entrance. He then heard movement outside, but it was only a short distance away. He didn't have time.

He stood up and dragged Rebecca along with him. As he was doing this, the front door burst open, letting Rebecca's parents and some of the pack pour inside the cabin. They appeared to be carrying knives as well as baseball bats, and he was fairly certain that he saw someone brandishing a shovel.

Dad! Mom! holding onto his waist, Rebecca. Why are you in this location?

Leah remarked, "It's almost three in the morning." We had concerns. You failed to return home. You never leave without coming home, neither of you.

What did you do, then? knock on each and every door in the hopes that someone answers. Come look for me?

A chorus of agreement could be heard. They had all done that, and some of them were now gathered in the front garden as well as the corridor leading to the dining room.

Are you going to explain what's going on? Ben inquired.

"You can't be here, Dad," I said.

Phoenix wasn't covered by the blanket, so he was exposed in front of her parents and the community. There were several males present, and his body covered Rebecca.

"What is happening?" Ben repeated his question.

He was tempted to kneel before Rebecca's father and ask for forgiveness as he stared at him, but if he did, he would expose Rebecca, and nobody was allowed to see her undressed. That sensation was meant just for him.

"Sir," he murmured. "My mate is Rebecca."

Rebecca was staring over at her parents as Ben glanced at him and then over his shoulder.

This is ridiculous. I would have been informed of this. Is this a ploy of some sort? Ben inquired.

“No!” Michael and Rebecca both spoke at once.

He grabbed her hand from behind him and clasped it, joining their fingers. This is actual. Rebecca and I are actual people.

"Dad, we've been friends for a very long time," Rebecca added.

Yet, how? "With all due respect, I really don't believe that such a secret could be kept for very long," Leah stated.

Phoenix admitted, "I was a fool." I entered a pub five years ago, and there she was. A stunning young lady who had just undergone her initial change I'm young (18) and... I was unable to force myself to recognize how crucial it was to "love her."

She was of legal age.

Phoenix didn't live in a pack, so to us, to our pack," Rebecca added. "He was a regular person who observed age," says the author. When he was forty years old, he encountered a young adult of eighteen who was just beginning her life.

"And I turned her down," Phoenix added.

At his words, there was a chorus of shock.

"I made a serious mistake." She could have lived her life had I not rejected her. She deserves far more than I could ever hope to provide. She deserves to be content, to find love, and to have all she wants.

Ben gave him a snarl. "What changed, since anyone with half a brain can figure this out,"

"I had come to see the mistake of my ways, and I craved Rebecca's pardon." My life's love is her, sir. I'll do whatever it takes to help her.

Rebecca said, "And I—me, the one he hurt—have totally forgiven him, and you don't deserve to be furious at him.

Phoenix vowed to do whatever it takes to regain your trust.

Rebecca snarled and hunched over. He was forced to walk on the blanket after she pulled at it. She stepped around him after wrapping the blanket around her body.

He is my partner, Dad. I adore him more than anything, and while it's okay to feel angry, consider how he must have felt. He has never been a pack member or lived in a pack. He just has us. Give him the benefit of the doubt; we are all he has ever known. You need to. for me, kindly. You've never asked me for anything, but I'm pleading with you right now to pardon him. Pardon us. She walked up to him, she took his hand and leaned against him. because Phoenix has kept us safe. He has consistently returned to watch over us, and I am aware that he secretly longs to be a member of the pack.

Ben glanced at him before turning to face Leah and looking back at the suddenly quiet pack that was prepared to carry out this man's orders. He observed Daniel sitting quietly in the corner, making no judgments or comments.

Did you inform them? When Rebecca asked, she at once recognized her acquaintance.

Shaking his head, Daniel moved closer. "I remained silent. They had already started their journey across. I vowed not to say anything.

Phoenix waited and watched as Daniel crept closer; he was glad that Daniel remained a safe distance from his mate. He didn't want the man near his wife at all.

Rebecca said, "I'm sorry."

"No, there's no need to apologize." Hearing him describe what happened is strange, but I'm not sure. I can understand why you would act in the way that you do.

“Friends?” Rebecca enquired.

“Always. You must assist me in finding my mate since I can't stay angry with you.

Phoenix was still holding her shoulder as Rebecca quickly hugged Daniel. I appreciate that," she remarked

I gave up being angry with you.

Rebecca backed away before entering his arms.

Now that Daniel had gone back, it was up to the rest of the group to decide what to do.

He anticipated it with trepidation. He had never wanted to fit in more than he did at that very time.

Ben said, "I have one request."

"Anything, sir," you said.

"All I need is for you to take care of her."

"Sir, yes. I will.”

Ben bowed. “Good. In my opinion, we should go and allow these two lovers some space.

At him, Rebecca grinned up.

"I'll take better care of you than that," he promised.
