Tyler looks straight into my eyes and my hope sparks within me. I wait for his smile to grace across his lips indicating that he recognizes me—that he can see me inside but disappointment makes its way in my system when it doesn't happen. His eyes are full of emotion as he gazes me: anger, hatred, worry, warry, apprehension, and fright. It's my first time to see him this transparent. Usually, even how out of sorts he feels, he won't let that display on his face, he would keep it in. Maybe, it's his defence.
