CHAPTER 3 - BLOSSOM TO DIE

ALPHA XANDER's POV

"I really don't want to leave this room.. must I go.." he asked me softly, biting my right ear like he always does. I snuggled into his naked and warm body under the thick white duvet and kissed his firm and tattooed chest.

"You have to my king ... the council are waiting" I responded, teasing him by touching his hard n*****s, even though I know he likes it and loses focus when I do that.

He groaned softly and caught my hand, "you are the devil here not me" he grinned as he spoke to me, Jumping out of bed. I sat up at once and followed his gracious tattooed naked body with my eyes.

"I thank my uncle everyday for bringing me here you know" I confessed to him, he stopped walking to the bathroom and turned to look at me with his beautifully blue eyes.

"Same here my love" he replied to me, smiling brightly at me, he hardly smiled in public, but I get to see him so relaxed and happy. I blushed and covered my face. My heart is beating wildly in my chest. I still couldn't believe what was happening.

It happens so fast, the Alpha took interest in me after our first steamy night together. A few weeks ago, he started to shower me with special attention and love.

"Don't you dare leave my apartment today... I want you in my bed all day, after how I drilled you last night, you need to rest, I will send some maids to attend to all your needs" his firm and authoritative voice reached me from the bathroom where he was having his bath.

"Okay sir!" I shouted back at him, with some glint of laughter in my voice. The shower was running so I didn't hear what he said next, but he was laughing and teasing me for calling him sir.

I stood up from the bed and strolled to his wardrobe, took one of his white shirt as usual and put it on, the maids would soon be here with my breakfast.

It's so hard to believe that the most fearful and hard hearted Alpha could treat me like a princess and protect me like this. He even gave me my own special quarters with maids and security. Nobody dares to annoy me or treat me badly.

The feeling between us cannot be explained. It's like something special keeps drawing us together everyday, the intention of my uncle was to make me a common w***e in his court but the Alpha turned that around and made me his special woman.

He stopped having any intimacy with the hundreds of women in his court and concentrated on only me, my heart went out to his sister at once. Martina is a very sweet soul, she accepted me on the very first day.

"We need to see the mall and shop... I have so many designs I want you to try out, you have the perfect body for it" our last discussion popped into my head, reminding me that we have somewhere to go together today. As usual Alpha Xander makes me forget everything once I see him.

Martin is so sweet to me and we have become best of friends since I arrived here, the Alpha approved of our friendship as well. Everything is just so perfect.

Right now if my mate showed up, I might as well tell him to go becaue of Alpha Xander, I thought sincerely to myself. He feed me with so much love and protection.

"Aren't you coming into the shower my love!" His firm voice reached me again, I smiled at myself, removed the shirt I was wearing, jumping straight toward his exclusive bathroom door.

The invitation was to take my bath but I know deep down he wants to put his c**k into my inner wet lips and my core wanted it so much, have been waiting for him to ask!

ALPHA XANDER

Everything was perfect just like I had planned, the music, scenery, food and wines, my people were having the time of their life. I couldn't wait to make the announcement.

"It's all set... my Alpha" beta Charles whispered into my ears, I looked away from the people on the lower floor dancing and having fun and turned to beam at my beta and best friend.

"You look like you will s**t in your pant, she will accept the proposal, I promise you... Martina was still chatting about how she couldn't stop talking about you" Charles told me, massaging my tense shoulder.

I know Jada loves me and would say yes to me but yet I'm still tense, surprised at how deeply and crazy for her. I can't breathe properly when she's not around.

Something was wrong but I couldn't put my hands on it. She gives me so much energy and peace, everyone would be so shocked tonight as well, including her because i didn't tell her my plans. I wanted to surprise her.

I would be announcing publicly for her to be my Luna today, my wolf stirred happily within me, prancing and jumping around. My wolf had been like this since we saw her for the first time, my wolf had never been excited this much for any woman.

He had been so down lately since we've haven't been able to find our mate for the past six years but once he saw Jada he came back to life at once.

"She wants to see you and she says it urgent... I told her to wait but ..." my beta and best friend voice reached my ears again, I turns to look at who he was talking about and my eyes fell on Bridget.

I recognized her at once. She came with her uncle and Jada the other day, she smiled at me shyly and bowed. I nodded in acknowledgment and gestured to my beta to let her speak. Noticing that she had done her hip and butt enlargement. Although it didn't faze me one bit, Jada had taken the centre part of my brain.

Without wasting time she brought out her phone and showed me a video, I watched quietly and realized that my whole body was begining to shake violently. My beta was also watching and he couldn't stop himself from groaning and scoffing.

"I just feel you needed to know... she's a snake and devil... the main reason my uncle hates her and tries to get rid of her, please be careful Alpha" Bridget warned me, Turing to leave, but a thought struck me at once and I held her hand at once.

She smiled at me again, twisting her body seductively at me, my eyes fell on Jada who was coming Toward us, she stopped in her track and glared at her cousin who was in my arms.

Before she opened her mouth to talk, I spoke instantly. Her sweet voice might just preoccupy me again and the rage I was feeling right now needed to be let out.

"I thought you could be trusted Jada... I even had plans to make you my luna tonight! I loved you!'... I would have died for you but this is what you pay me back with?" I questioned her, my voice trembling with hate and disgust for her. What I had just watched pierced my heart repeatedly.

She tried to move closer to touch me but my guards held her back, "what are you saying ... what is she doing here, Bridget... what have you done again?" She asked her cousin who quickly looked away and hid her face in my chest.

"You disgust me ... your cousin can't even bear to look at your face" I turned to face the interested people downstairs and lifted Bridget's right hand. "I am declaring Bridget Brigh to be my future Luna!" I spoke out of my anger, Bridget gasped and jumped to hug me. I watched as Jada's pupil dilated and she crumpled into the floor.

Martina was rushing toward her to hold her but I motioned for my guards to hold my sister back, "Martina don't go close to that pretender ... she's using us, our feelings and emotions!" I roared at my furious sister, she wasn't satisfied with what I just did but right now it didn't matter.

Just then I heard Jada's piercing painful howl and it hit me hard as well. We gaped at each other, our eyes saying the word first before our lips, "mate!" We spoke out together, I jerked my head in disgust and walked away from her presence.

The thought enraging me the most? The fact that she's my long awaited mate and she did that to me. I will never forget her, I heard Bridget call my name sweetly, hurrying after me but I didn't wait one more Seconds.

I needed to leave Jada presence or I would eat my word about rejecting her and run into her arms again, the feeling we share is as wild and crazy as that, I Wasn't enjoying her pain at all. .
