Jada's frustration and anger continued to simmer as she faced Alpha Xander. It was clear to her that he was trying to manipulate her, and the thought of leaving her children behind was utterly unbearable. She despised him for even suggesting such a thing.
"Alpha Xander," I began, my voice trembling with a mix of anger and disappointment, "I can't believe you'd even propose that I should abandon my children. They mean everything to me, and I won't turn my back on them for anyone."
