I sat down wondering if Jada would fall for my pretense. I wasn't in love with her. I just wanted what belongs to Alpha Xander. I had always coveted what was his. The power he had and how many women wanted to have him for themselves. But here was Jada, a woman who wasn't scared of him and wanted peace all her life. I wasn't going to give her what she wanted but I just wanted what was Alpha Xander's and for the first time in my life, I was ready to lay down life for it.
