Alpha Xander's POV
I was in my chambers but I couldn't sleep. All I ever could think of was how I was going to protect Jada and my children. I was lost in thought as I gazed upon the horizon. The gentle breeze brushed over my soft skin. Suddenly, I heard a knock on my door bringing me back to reality. " Who the hell is that?" I said looking pissed.
My gaze shifted back to the door as the knock persisted " Xander! Are you in there?" the voice said behind the door. I recognized it to be Charles voice " Why didn't you come, buddy? When you grow tired of knocking you will come in." I said laughing.
Charles walked in with a pale face " What is the matter?" I asked, searching his long face for an answer. " Alpha Eros and his troop are on their way, they mean war," Charles replied.
