Water I couldn't say that I didn't know what she was feeling because I had felt the same way when I found out about my heritage. In fact, I think I had reacted worse. Unlike Aileen, I hadn't had the privilege of finding out from an old friend. Instead, a man had kidnapped me without a warning while I had been wandering the streets after school and the man took me to the coast where another man and woman were waiting. The man had a bushy, dark brown beard that reached his neck and blue-deep eyes. His dark hair fell onto his shoulders in waves and the stiff way he stood made me want to turn the other way.
