Fire After Andrew's hurried exit, I stayed sitting on the couch looking at the door in confusion. Why had he been in such a hurry to leave? Did I say something?  I tried to recall what had occurred just the moment before he burst off. He had just handed me a bottle of water and had sat down next to me. I remembered how my body screamed at me to get closer to him, to feel his warmth against me. But I quickly suppressed the feeling and remained still.  I had noticed he watched the distance between us but didn't try to move further or closer. I remembered how he had looked at me with a certain warmth in his eyes when I had told him about my vision.
