Lili finally made it out of Chicago after a long and tearful goodbye to her sister. Lili didn’t know where her and Callum were going. Lili just knew she had to leave. Her gut told her to head south. So that is the direction she went for now.
Lili made it about a hundred miles south on the interstate when Callum started to let out a little whine.
‘He must be getting hungry,’ Lili thought to herself. Lili was on the interstate so she couldn’t do anything at the moment but try and soothe him from the front seat.
“It’s okay baby boy, as soon as there is an exit with some food options we will pull of and momma will feed you.” It seemed the next exit was just a gas station, so that didn’t do anything for them. Callum started to cry a louder.
“It’s okay baby we will pull over soon.” Lili re
