Chapter 8

Lexi's pov

"Lexi?" he called me, but I was like in trance.

"Hahaha that was good. A werewolf." I was laughing my as off as I hit his chest.

"Lexi do I seem like I laugh. This is not a joke." 

I stopped laughing and analized his face. Looking straight at me. Not laughing. Honest face. Serious face. And mostly handsome face. Out of the line agaaain. 

"You mean it? But..." but he interrupted me.

"Listen I know this must look like a joke to you, but it isn't. I would never lie to you. You are my everything. You are mine now. I will never let you go anymore. And I really am a wolf. An alpha wolf." he looked at me and waited for my reaction. 

He says he's a wolf. Should I believe him? 

"Ok."

He looked confused. "Ok? What ok? you believe me just like that?"

"What? no. I must be no in my right senses. I'm just gonna ask you some questions and then I will see what I'm gonna do. U ok with that?" i asked him as i got off his lap and sat across him on the couch. He looked kinda sad that I left his lap. The warmth was gone, it made me sad. I don't know why.

"Uhm ok. If it's gonna help you believe me."

"Yeah. whatever. So here are my questions. Are you a psycho?" 

"What noo...."

"Shhhh no reason to get loud. Just a simple Yes or No." i told him.

"No"

"Good. Where do you know my name from." 

"You told me."

"When did I told you?"

"At the meadow."

The Meadow? I was there only with my Kuro. After a little eye-staring competition I continued asking my questions.

"Wait. I don't know your name. What is it?"

"Kyle. It's Kyle Black. My little angel."

Kyle Black? Sounds like the name I gave my wolf friend.

"How did you know where I live?"

"I brought you home remember. On my back? I gave you a ride back."

"Hm ok. What did you mean 'you are mine'?"

"You are mine."

"Yes but what did you mean with that?"

"That you are mine forever and always."

"Listen just tell me what you mean for god's sake, hugh."

"Ok ok no need to get loud."

"Did you just imitate me?" i was kinda annoyed but it was really cute.

"So for us werewolves it means our mate, other half, our one and only beloved is the one who we can't live without. Do you understand? You are my mate. You are the other half who completes me. Without you I am nothing. I can't live without you. My little angel. From now on your going to live me. We will be a family have pubs. A warm family and be happy forever. I will never ever let you go again. Do you know the first time I saw you. You were walking down the road and you're scent was so heavenly. Strawberries and Chocolate. You were just so beautiful. Innocent looking like an angel you know. Then you looked my way and started walking in my direction. I couldn't come out to the street since I was a wolf. And I wanted to know you and have a little time with you alone. Even if it would had been just for a little time. Anything. You stared to follow me. Our strong bond is connecting us and it was what made you follow. I lead you to the meadow. And I was glad I did. You were not even afraid of me. Just standing there and looking at me. You even gave my wolf a name. Kuro. He was so happy I must tell you. And when I laid on your lap it was the most amazing feeling I have ever felt. And then it went dark I brought you home and waited for you to get home that's when I let you go and....." as he explained to me but I must have interrupted him as he stopped speaking.

A sob broke out from me and my eyes felt watery again. I felt like crying. All the emotions came at once. I was looking down so he didn't see my face clearly. My hands clenched into fists and a little tear slipped out of my eyes corner.

"Little angel...?" 

I saw him kneeling down infront of me. Both his hand on my knees making little motions. I looked up to him. That's when he saw my watery eyes and the corners of his mouth dropped. He wiped my teardrop with his thumb. It didn't help as I broke down to a even louder crying and fell into his arms. Clinging on him like I would loose him any moment. I think he was shocked first but then loosen up and took me in his embrace. Tightly. Warmly. I was so happy in this moment. This must be fate. My one and only chance to have a Happy End.

"Little angel?" he called me again with his soft smile. How must I love it.

I cried so hard my vision blurred by my tears. I just wanted to be in his arms. 

"shh...hey little one are you ok?" he stroke my back making me calm down after a while. "Tell me what's wrong. Did I say something wrong? Did I make you upset? Did I hurt you? I'm sorry angel I didn't mean to.." 

"No." I quickly interrupted him. "Don't be sorry. You didn't do something wrong. I...I'am just so happy." I told him still crying.

"But angel, why are you still crying? I must have done something. Please tell me."

"Kyle no you didn't do something. Really. It's just that.... no one ever told me such loving words before. It has been so long that someone cared for me and acted the way you did. I just feel so happy and lucky to have met you. Even though we just met." I finally gave a little smile and chuckled. 

We were looking straight into each others eyes. I saw his thousand watt smile again as if he won the lottery. His eyes were shining. "Oh you're so cute when you smile like that."

The he started to laugh in a low pitched voice. His chest going up and down. Just then I realized I spoke out my thoughts. My eyes widened and my hands crushed against my mouth. And again I felt this warmth inside me, my face blowing up like a red tomato. 

"I..no did you just hear that? Wait?! Why are you laughing?" 

"Babe you're just so cute you know."

"Babe?" Can I get even more red??

"Yeah you're my babe. So you can call me babe to or...honey?" he started chuckling.

Oh my God I need to get out of here before I embrace myself even more. So as he was still laughing his ass off this jerk of a cutie. I quickly pushed him on his chest and he fell straight on his butt. Until he realized what happened I was already taking for a run up to the room I had waken up. I took some seconds to look at the room once again it was just so beautiful.

It felt like not even a minute and Kyle stormed into the room with a loud sound banging the door shut. It shocked me and I shrieked up as he embraced me from behind. 

"Why are you running away sweetheart? You should know that you can't get away from me anymore." 

His arms around my waist and his face beside mine slowly putting sweet little kisses on my neck. 

The memories of the night came back rushing to me. But this moment....this is not at all like the night I don't want to remember. This feeling just feels so right, that I should let come upon myself. It truly makes me feel loved. But do I love Kyle? And does he love me? Who doesn't want to know that dude. 

"Kyle?" it was like a whisper.

"Yes angel." 

"Can I take a shower?" 

"Of course. The bathroom is over there." and he pointed to the door I was exploring earlier today.

And with that I quickly got out of his arms and rushed over to the bathroom and locked the doors from the inside. I stripped of all my clothes and turned on the shower. It didn't took long and I stepped out of the shower. Putting the towel around my body I wanted to... Oh no! I didn't bring any clothes with me. And I just can't put on the dirty laundry I mean why would I have taken a shower then.

I carefully opened a creek of the bathroom's door. But didn't saw Kyle there so I run over to the next door which was a closet. A room full of clothes. Men clothing. It must be his. There were no other clothes so I decided to just wear his. I took one of his boxers and put it on. Then I found a black t-shirt. I was a normal sized one but on me it reached just above my butt. 

I turned around to go back to the main room and saw Kyle standing at the door, eyes widened and mouth open. He was just staring at me! The whole time.

Guys I swear I didn't know what came over me but...

I walked over to him while looking straight into his eyes until we stand so close that our faces where inches apart and closed his mouth "Be careful something might get in there." It was merely more than a whisper. And went past him to the bed. Got in and throw the blanket over myself and pretended to be asleep. OMG!!! What the hell was that?!

After a little while I heard some noises from the bathroom. He must be taking a shower. 

I was feeling sleepy and my eyes closed. Before falling into dreamland I felt the bed dip and a similar warmth took over me. A smile played on my lips and I fell asleep.
