Birthday Suprise

Nicholas POV

I woke up in the morning and I was greeted with birthday song from my family.They were singing, cheering and it made me feel so special and loved.I sighed,"the Demunte family! Our name is as powerful to the ears of the people and it makes them tremble in fear when they see us".

"Big brother you gotta to sit up and dress up because mum and dad is going to throw a big party for you".

The Demunte youngest child said.

Sana,she is the second daughter and the heiress to the Demunte Empire after Nicholas.Nicholas sees her as annoying and always bugging him with a lot of gossips.Nevertheless, he loves her no matter what and he is ready to protect her at all cost.He sees Sana as his jewel and he isn't ready to replace her with anyone.He would hit any boy that trys to break his sisters heart.He cherish her and loves her.He had been the one around her since their childhood days and he doesn't think he will let her go.But,he knows that one day he will stop his "big brother duties and let her live her own life.

" why did you keep bugging me little sis?".I asked

"Big brother I love you very much as well as our parents too.Today is a special day in your life and I want to make it very memorable".

She went further and smiling sheepishly,

" I have lot of gifts for you and also girls since you decided not to have another girlfriend to ease your loneliness ".

My mouth was dropped down and I gave her that look.

" what?"

"I want to find you a girlfriend since you don't want to have one.So tell me the truth?"

"What truth?" I asked.I wonder what she is up to with her question?

She sat on the bed and brought her fingers close to mine and massaged the back of my palm,smiling with her face red.

"Are you by any chance a gay?".

I was shocked! " jeez! Sana .How can I be a gay when there are beautiful,sexy and curvaceouswomen out there. I think you are sick in the head and going nuts".

She continued looking me straight in the eye,

"Then find yourself a girlfriend!"

"I am not in love with any!" I fired her with a striking look

She didn't leave me either and went further,

"Dear brother,you are 30 years old for crying out loud and you are of the age that you should even get married. You know mum and dad are getting older and they expect their grandchild for you".

She shrugged her shoulder, " except you want them to die of heart attack, cursing you". She pointed her fingers to me and gave me that annoying look.

"It is my decision sana.we have to take our time in selecting an intelligent,smart and bold woman to keep this family name.Not by selecting just any girl!"

She put a sad face as if she wants to break out a sad news to me,

"Nicho,I am sorry that I planned this with our parents behind you for your special day".

" what's that?" I asked,focused on what was about to drop from her mouth

"I have to tell you so you won't shock to your bone marrow when you behold the greatest shock tonight" she said, keeping a sad face

"Tell me, Sana!' I demanded

" Nicholas mum and dad have arranged your meeting with five women. You have no other option than to select the woman of your choice"

Sana left the my master sized room in sadness when she broke the stupid planned party suprisd my family have been cooking at my back for weeks without my knowledge. Mum and dad always put themselves first before me. They impose hard training on me since my childhood days.Dad is always the brain child of any upcoming plans concerning me. Mum have no other option than to follo suit.Since nobody can question him.He always does things his own way.He had cut my friendship ties with few of my mates and said he wants me to become a useful and strong man one day.Nobody questions him because he is the head of the house and everyone follows his orders.Restricting I and Sana from the loging life we wish to have.

When we were young,other kids sees us pompous because of we tend to isolate ourselves from them and stand out .They have no prior idea that we were acting base on the training we have learnt from home and how to act like a DEMUNTE. Now that I am now 30 years of age,I still behave cold and I know why my workers fears me.
