Jason found comfort inside Oscar's closet. It was different from his comfort zone in this apartment, but it did the trick. He knew he would be safe there. The howling had totally stopped, and he finally had a nice nap. While Oscar answered his question, he fell asleep. All that he remembered was Oscar saying that they were crossbreeds. He woke up energized after a few hours. The sky was still dark outside. There was the occasional rustling of the leaves against the glass window too. It was only then that he moved out of the cabinet. He saw Oscar, deep in his sleep, in the bed. He gushed at his boyfriend and felt thankful that Oscar hadn't left him in his darkest moment. The table lamp, sitting silently on the bedside table, was dim yet provided enough light for him to see the furnitur
