The couple had already announced their engagement to the guests. A lot of congratulatory messages were said. Everyone was in a celebratory mood, except for Jason. He was downing his third glass of the legendary booze. Other than it being smooth to taste, it had a nasty kick in the throat as well. He was enjoying the buzz it gave him.
"Hey. Babe. Want to dance with me?" Jason pulled Oscar off the chair. They then started to get to the dance floor.
The music playing was slow and was perfect for an intimate dance. It was just as he planned. There were a few others who were dancing in the centre of the dance floor too. Some were old couples, while the rest were couples in their twenties.
Jason held Oscar’s cold hand and led Oscar’s other hand to his back.
