Esther cried even more and Logan made it a safe space for her to get rid of the bitterness that she was feeling. It wasn't long before she requested him to take her in so that she could go to bed and sleep.
Logan held her hand as they walked back into her house. Logan had promised to ensure that she felt safe hence she took her to the empty bedroom where Serah used to sleep.
She turned around as she removed her dress and gave her one of his t-shirts to sleep on. After that, he helped her get tucked in bed.
" Are you okay?" Logan asked. He wanted to be sure about that before he left.
" I am not okay. I will be if you do one thing for me," Esther requested.
