"Take care. I trust you cause I know you're responsible enough." Mom smiled and kissed me on my forehead.
"Take care of my daughter, Mr. Cortez," I glanced at Dad because of his reminder to Zero.
"I will, Sir. I'll tale care of her even after you meet your grandchild." Mom and I laughed at his joke. He swallowed because of the scary look that Dad gave him.
"Dad, we have to go." I tiptoed and kissed Dad on his cheeks kahit na naiilang ako. I'm not used to hugging nor kissing my family members but I always see Zero's Mom kissing her husband and Zero publicly. It was then when I realize that a happy family should stick together and I want my family to be happy too.
