I wake up morning a bit sore from yesterday. I reach over to find my mate isn't there.
"I've made coffee," says Eric making me jump a bit.
He brings me coffee in bed and we start talking about my upcoming trip.
"I'm coming with you," says Eric.
"You don't have to. I don't expect you to leave our pack." I reply back.
"I've already discussed it with my parents. My Beta and Omega will take care of the pack. My parents will only step in if needed. There's a reason that I have a Beta and an Omega. They can lead while I'm gone. Plus I have a vineyard of ours in Occitanie that I need to check upon. Also parles-tu français parce que je le fais (Do you speak French because I do.)."
