The room is so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. Eric is on one knee with a beautiful diamond and silver ring. Does he really want to marry me? Even though we can't mark each other?
"Obviously he does...he's on one knee," replies Annabelle in my mind.
"Yes my love, of course, I'll marry you," I say. The whole room starts cheering as he puts the ring on my finger and kisses me. As soon as he puts the ring on my finger, I feel a sense of peace.
His parents are the first to congratulate us. Giving us hugs. Luna Marie has happy tears in her eyes.
"I always wanted another daughter," she says as she takes me in for a hug.
My parents are next. They shake Eric's hand and give me hugs.
"You have to promise to visit and often." says my mother as she hugs me.
