I was glad that she came to find me. It better for us to talk things out. I wasn’t keen on what she had to say. Panic set in when she told me she was resigning. She has already mentioned that she wants to move out. If she resigns as well I will never see her and Delilah. It made me worry that she would be trying to cut me out of their lives. I don’t want that. Those fears just activated more of them in my mind. The main one being the fear that she will meet someone else. Even the thought of her being with someone else makes me worry. It makes me jealous. I have no right to feel like this, because at this current moment we are nothing to each other. We aren’t friends and we aren’t dating, we are barely acquaintances. She will be able to walk away at any point. I don’t want that.
