Eigo met the clan heads of Tanaka and Tadashi clans separately. It was decided that each clan will be assigned with 2 shops where as one shop will be remodeled in to a warehouse. The payment will be 5 years worth of weapons and iron materials to be paid within 2 years and 10% rental fees paid in six months for the Tanaka Clan.
And for the Tadashi clan All chakra recovery and healing pill to be provided with 30% discount at manufacturing price for the next 10 years . It may sound like a bad deal. But if you calculate a rental price in the Capital what Eigo asked was too low.

[ In order to open shops in Capital you need to have noble contacts as well as you have to pay tax as well as security fee and have to pay some money for corrupt official to keep it smooth. Being a civilian have its own problem But if the shop is in the name of Daimyo everything is equal to zero]
Jin was quite grumpy after hearing my proposal. But after promising that I will appoint him as my business manager in all upcoming projects he agreed happily. Greedy people are quite shameless but easy to control I guess.
Jin also had some talented people under him in different fields it would come handy in the future. Eigo thought calculated all the profit he could make in the future. It is estimated to make 90 to 170 million ryos in next 4 years without investing anything.
