By the time dawn starts peeking over the horizon, many of the guests have begun to get ready to leave. Annie and Jesse tried leaving a few hours before, but I promised that I would get them out of work the next day if they stayed with me. I didn't want to admit the fact that I didn't want to be alone, but I also wanted them to stay. Annie eagerly accepted since she was still chatting with the gentleman from earlier. Jesse and I linger by the food and drinks, even as others begin to file out. "Oh no.
