“I have some business outside today, it might take a while before I get back, enjoy your date with Xavier, text me when you are done, and I’ll have James pick you up,” Ace said to me with a stern look on his face before walking out the door. Does this man realize that I am about to go spend the whole day with his rival who I think has a better chance at winning me over?
I sat on the chair, confused. My mind had been all over the place since he left me hanging with his last statement two nights ago when he called me naïve and blind even though I had eyes and could see clearly enough.
