Chapter 38 Aubrey Miles and I were in the living room when Ace arrived. “Dad!” Miles ran into his arms. Ace's stern face brightened the moment he caught sight of Miles. He went on one knee to match the height of his son. “Hey, Kiddo, how was your day? Please tell me you didn't stress my wife?” he joked while playing with Miles’s hair.
