The sun is shining, the breeze is perfect. My eyes flipped open and I saw my enemy standing by the door leading to my bathroom with nothing but a towel on his waist.
“Good morning,” Ace sang with a sweet smile plastered on his face. Hiding behind that mask, he walked towards me and pressed a warm kiss on my lips, “How was your night?” He asked, caressing my arm as he sat on the bed. His eyes searched mine.
My teeth gnashed. Anger consumed me.
I want to kill him!
I smiled in return, “Fine, I had a great night! You? Did you sleep well at night?” I asked, trying so hard to hide the anger in my voice.
His eyes searched mine and he smiled again. “Of course, why won’t I sleep well? I’m with you.” He retorted. “Are you okay? You seem tired.”
