Brooke’s POV
Mom looked at me in shock. “You met Hecate AND Selene?!”
I couldn’t help but laugh at the expression on her face. “I did Mom, I did! It was crazy. I am kind of used to Selene now, although that still seems unreal to me. Add in Hecate though.. I never expected to be visited by two Goddesses in my dreams,” I scoffed.
Mom just sat there, blinking her eyes repeatedly, almost as if she was still trying to understand what I said. I figured I would give it all to her now. “She told me some other things too, mom, about me, and my abilities.”
“What abilities did she say you have, baby girl?” she asked.
“Well, um, apparently I can control all four of the elements.”
Mom stared at me blankly, then I saw her eyes glaze over like she was mindlinking someone. “Mom? What’s going on?”
