The sun peeked through the window, streaming directly onto Luke's face. One eye warily opened and then the other. He wasn't sure where he was at first, but then remembered he was in bed with Calum Hood. He quickly sat up and looked around, Calum nowhere to be seen. "Cal?" He said in a mumble. After Calum failed to answer Luke stood up and called for him again. "Calum?!" Luke said in a loud voice. Luke headed down the hall, he heard the water running and went toward the sound. He stopped at the bathroom door and when he heard someone singing, he pushed open the door. "Cal?" He asked walking into the bathroom. No one answered, there was just more singing. Taking in the steamy aroma, luke stood there. The singing voice was then recognizable as Calums. The water stops running and the shower door slid open. Luke bit his lip as Calum swung around revealing his large member. I see that his house isn't the only thing that's big about him. Luke thinks to himself as he stares. The dark-haired boy steps out of the shower onto the tile floor dripping wet. Calum Grins "Morning pretty boy" He greets the young blonde as he shows off his toned and tan figure. "Hi" Luke shyly waves acknowledging Calums blatant attempts to flex his perfect ass. Calum Looks luke up and down and exits the bathroom. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "You Know, I'm a great cook I can make breakfast," Calum Says to Luke who's getting ready to leave. It was clear the older boy didn't want him to go. Luke shook his head "Nah My mom is probably expecting me home... To get fresh clothes" He lied not wanting to tell Calum the real reason he wanted to go home. Luke got anxious about showering with anyone else besides his mom or Michael In the house due to the incident years ago, Luke was never the same. He still puts on a bubbly facade, but he was far from okay. Luke began to head for the door, Calum hated to see him go but loved to watch him leave. "Hey," Calum grabbed for Luke's arm. The sudden Contact makes the younger boy jump and his heart began to race. A flood of anxiety overcomes him. "I have to go!" Luke ran out the door not closing it behind him. He ran and he ran until he collapsed. Hitting the concrete beneath him. He was exhausted from all the running and hyperventilating. He used his last bit of remaining strength to pull himself into a vacant alley a few feet from where he was.   Cowering behind a dumpster he Rocked back and forth to comfort himself. He couldn't breathe, it felt as if someone was choking him. His heart was racing and all he wanted to do was curl up into a ball and wait for someone to save him. But no one would, no one was there. A choked cry for help forced itself up his throat, and he felt a drop run down his cheek as visions and pictures of the incident played in his brain. Like a movie playing in his head. To make matters even worse a group of rugged-looking guys noticed him and began to head for him.  It seemed as if this was the end of the road for him.              ~ Calum sighed and shut the door, he wondered what had just happened between the two of them. Things had seemed so fine when they were eating the night before. He got dressed and decided he'd go to school. He wasn't feeling completely above it today for some reason. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Michael walked at a hastened pace. Not paying attention to his surroundings "Mikey!!!! Please slow down" Ashton whined "The cars won't stop for you!" he added hoping he'd strike enough fear into Michael's mind to get him to stop. Michael stopped. He turned around and Ashton saw his life flash before his eyes as Michael raised his hand."What did I tell you about calling me, Mikey?!" "Not to do it?" Ashton asked in a tone like an elementary schooler being asked a question he didn't know the answer to by his teacher. "Exactly! Right." Michael Praised him. "Besides I've got bigger concerns than getting hit by a car right now, Luke didn't text me good morning like he always does..." Michael huffed Ashton made a thoughtful noise "hmmm. Maybe he had so much fun with Calum Hood that he just forgot or he's tired." The older boy with the honey-colored hair smiled "Well, this is like the 10th text I've shot him." Michael starts walking again           8:00 am Michael: Morning Luke! C Ya at school :-)           8:30 Michael: You awake yet?           8:38 Michael: Answer me.            8:45 Michael: Hey! What do I have to say it in a different language?! LeUk aNsWer mE! It was now 9:15 so Michael decided to call. Ringing...Ringing... Voicemail. "Hey, Michael... Its uh... Me Luke... I mean Hey Luke It's me, Michael...  Are you okay?? Where are you?? Did Calum Kill You? Did you have a heart attack from looking at him? Oh no, you didn't see him Shirtless did you?!" Michael remembered he was talking to a voice mailbox and none of his questions would be answered. He'd just have to wait until he saw Luke at school. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was Third period the class All four boys were in. Ashton was already next to Bianca and Michael was seated alone in the back. The class was about to start and Luke wasn't there yet. This was odd seeing as how He was never late to a class and was super excited to be with his new lab partner. Calum walked in and took his seat. After a bit, Calum turned around and Michael began to talk but he cut him off. "Where's Hemmings?" The Dark haired boy asked. "I was about to ask you the same thing..." A now worried Calum walks over to where Michael was sitting near the windows in the back. He folds his arms and pouts his lips. Instead, it was more like a smolder and he had this intensity about him. "This morning- he ran out so quick. I would've followed but- it didn't seem like he wanted to talk." Ashton was eyeing them from his place in the room. He wondered what he had to say to him. Michael had a worried look on his face. He stood up so quickly that it caused a scene in the class. "OH GOD," he says in a serious tone. Calum had a pointed look on his face. "What?" Michael Grabbed his backpack and sped towards the door" He's in trouble..." With that Calum was right behind him. They both raced out of the room. Ashton stood up and ran right behind them, even though he had no clue what was going on he wasn't about to let his little brother go off alone with Calum Hood. He's been there for less than a few days but he's heard everything he needed to know about the hoodlum. The three boys raced down the streets. Searching everywhere. After what seemed like a lifetime of searching Mikey was so worried and he felt like they'd never find Luke. Calum waited until the passed by his house to make a detour "Hey, I'm stopping here really quick to get some things alright?" Michael shrugged, he wasn't expecting Calum to care or be much help at all anyways. After Michael And Ashton kept walking Calum Calmly walked into his house. Resting his back against the door once it was closed. Balling his hand into a fist. The dark-haired boy was intoxicated with emotion. What he felt burned so bad, like fire lacing his veins. One moment he has his anger in a bundle, his chest coping nicely, the next anyone who doesn't "duck 'n' cover' is an i***t. Calum screamed angrily at the ceiling. His anger was like a wildfire, ready to ignite anything that he came into contact with. He punched the wall several times and tossed a few things. He stopped when he heard slow clapping."Bravo, You know... This is why mom stopped buying nice things... Breakable things." His breathing slowed down and he fell to the floor. Covering his face with his hands. "Careful Brother... Your feelings are showing." He takes his hands off his face, "Mali...?" He Asks "Duh, who else would it be." She laughs. She heads towards him to help him up. Extending her arm. He takes it and rises of the floor. "What are you doing back so early?" "Why aren't you in school?" She retorts. "Touché" Calum Grins. He heads to the backyard. He reaches into his jacket pocket on his chest and pulls out a cigarette. His fingers tremble around the cigarette as he began to light it. The smell and taste were just as bitter as he was. The Smoke from his lungs blew out between his lips. Mali begins to choke. "Hey!" She yanks it out of his mouth. That's disgusting. She throws it to the ground and stomps it. "Either this or something heavier," he says pulling out another. "I thought you were quitting?!" She Slaps his shoulder. He sighs.  After 15 minutes. She watched him light up another. It was his love, his comfort, his companion, and consistency.  The ash sprinkled across the cement when he flicked the filter. As if each floating piece were a moment of his life sheared away.  He inhaled deeply, letting the smoke seep into his cells. The comfort he ached for had finally returned. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ He headed out again. Deciding to take the narrow side streets and allies instead of avenues. He felt calmer now. A clear mind meant he could try to find luke again. He looked around. He stopped at this darkened alley even though it was broad daylight. It was calling out to him. He walked through it, "All clear" he sighed. Kicking a trash can over and saying a few curse words under his breath. He started to leave when he heard something. First a soft choking and then wheezing. He looks under the trash and around the whole alley. Spotted. A blonde boy covered in mud, bloodied and half-conscious pleading for help in small breaths. Calum hurried over to him. "Luke?!" The sight of Luke like that made Calums heart drop. He was on the brink. The first drop of tear was about to fall. He blinked it away. He clenched his teeth and looked up at the gray sky and fought back tears. As if on Cue it started raining. "Oh, luke.." He couldn't help it anymore he let out a sob. "Luke!" he shook him. His body was starting to get limp. Tears were streaming down the older boy's face now. "LUKE?! Who did this! Who Hurt YOU?" Calum had the younger boy in his arms now. Rocking back and forth. "Cals going to find out who did this okay luke? Stay with me." luke was clearly bleeding. It appeared he'd been stabbed. He got out his phone and Dialed 911. Operator: 911 what's your emergency. Calum: HELP ME!! I'm in an alley not too far from the Sunnyside apartment complex! My friend, he's bleeding. He's Dying! Operator: Stay where you are we are sending help. Don't hang up. Calum tapped the speaker toggle and dropped the phone onto the hard ground. He still held the younger boy in his arms. Luke's eyes were slowly closing as he clung to life. "NO! No" Calum pleaded "Don't you die on me!" He cried as tears poured down his face. He threw up off to the side as this was overwhelming.  Calum tapped his hand against Luke's face. "Don't go! I DON'T WANT YOU TO GO!" Calum Cried as he clutched onto Luke's shirt. Luke made Calum feel things he’d never felt. He couldn’t lose him now. He didn’t care how selfish it sounded. He needed him. The rain poured down hard on a now bloody Calum. He cried out “Please!” He begged Luke to hold on. “What can I do?” He asked, “WHAT CAN I DO?” Luke Tried to talk as he was coughing up blood. He pulled Calum close to his mouth and whispered. "Sing" Before he let go and laid back onto the ground. Calum Sang and sang. He kept singing even after hearing the sounds of sirens growing closer. He kept signing. His hands were bloody as he brushed Luke's hair back onto his head. "You're going to be okay." He reassured to dying boy. "You're going to be okay."
