I was what you would call a good girl with lots of potential, smart and very principled. I was looked upon with class and great dignity. I was someone the entire community held in high esteem. Being seen in that light, I could do no wrong to anyone. I was what you would call perfect and everyone in my community would want their own children to be like me. I had a reputation to uphold, and that soon became a challenge. I had friends who were like me and we studied together, we played together, we accomplished a lot together. We were the first set to attend university. We did well, made everyone proud, never been to a party ever, was just from church to our dorms and events that were held on campus.
I was shy, so I would meet guys who liked me but I showed no interest. My friend, on the other hand, met this guy who she ended up sleeping with and that was the start of her “ Ladywood” world. Soon I wanted to experience what it was like, the feeling of loneliness started creeping in, needing someone to love was now important. I started dating this guy. By the time I was now twenty, when I lost my virginity, I was proud to hold onto it till then, but I was disappointed afterwards because I wanted to wait until marriage.
Little did I know that from that moment after losing that one thing I held on to for so long, what held my sanity, what held my dignity, would be the start of a brand new person, someone I could no longer recognize, someone I would have to battle with, but ever since it has been a real struggle to get back to who I was before she was released. Putting her back into a cage seems to be a battle I can never win, but to this day I continue to fight because I must win back the soul I lost along the way. She was never to be born but she did. The moment I lost my virginity, it started a whole new world where the “good girl gone bad”. She is the cheaterholic. The story begins.
