I froze up when I just got down from the car...

my mom was waiting and called my name out "Arya....what are you still standing for???...

just then my bestie Ash came to me running and jumping on me and dragged me with her...

yep... her name's Ash... the most coolest girl I have even met in my life

we were never friends...but got really close after partying one night

we walked down the school corridor...while I was sneaking behind her back... she was soo confused

she pinned me in a corner and asked me why I am acting strange...

I leaned on her and said her the whole story...

she looked at me with a straight look...

no reactions there was nothing I could understand from her face...

after a moment of silence she said "so what are you gonna do now? avoid him by hiding behind me?? for how long???"

I gave a pitiful face...and she kept her hand on her head

"what the hell lady! you should have talked to me about it before you get the nerve to do that"

"Come ooon....Ash just stop complaing about what's done and help me with it...I'm desperately needing help"

she grabbed my hand and dragged me down the hallway

thank goodness Jacob was not there...well we didnt see each other yet...

A week later...

Ash was soo pissed out to even look at me

I had this gloomy and dull face and always on the run from Jacob

for some reason she was soo angry at Jacob too.

not because he rejected me but because I was being soo much of a coward...

good or bad your bestie has your back...

she has been with me all weekend so that I dont feel lonely...

when time went by I promised on myself to never fall in love ever again...

but everytime I reminded myself of the promise I made...

I would shed some tears...

3 months passed...

all I did was stay away from Jacob's sight and cry the night to sleep

In these 3 months there were so many rumours that spread about us...

Ash was always with me because I was seeking her comfort for my lonely ass

people started talking about how close we were and however it ended up to the point where they called us gay!!

we didnt know anything about the rumours...It was all happening in the dark until a boy named Simon talked about it

he came to us and enquired about our relationship while we were walking

"hey wait! hey!!....umm...." he hesitated

"soo Arya... you seemed soo straight...

I cant believe you hide it soo perfectly..." he continued...then he turned his gaze to Ash and said

"but as for you, Ash...we always had a doubt on you...you know...being a gay..."

we looked confused at each other and Ash started " Simon!..."tring to control herself from all the s**t he was talking

"who the hell told you we were gay??"

" well...it's what everybody else is talking about " he whispered

I came in the conversation and said

"how long has this been going?"

"about 2 weeks?or so..." he said in a confused tone...

Ash was pissed out...she grabbed his t-shirt and said "we are not gay...and if I see you again coming in front of me and asking about shits...I'll kill you"

all the students that were there surrounded us...

Then Ash looked at everyone and said

"what the hell are you all looking at...I'm warning all of you..any one of you come to us asking if we are gay..you'll meet your doom..."

damn... Ash was soo pissed she started threatening everyone but forgot to clear the misunderstandings...

I took hold of her hand..and told her to hold back...and then I cleared the misunderstanding that was spreading...

and when I thought everything was settled then came in Ciel...

we all have this one popular b***h who is so full of herself and like she owns the school

tbh she is hell beautiful and all the guys go wagging their tails for her...

so Ciel and her 4 friends...came in breaking the crowd and said

"my...my...look who we have here."

and looked at us as if we were some low being

Ciel and Ash were never in good terms..

Ciel tries to humiliate Ash...but eventually fail...

and Ash always avoids her cuz she know if she starts...there is no stopping her...

"why the hell are you here Ciel?" asked Ash to Ciel with piercing eyes

Ciel being all innocent

"Oh my! Ash why are you being soo rude...are you embarrassed that you little dirty secret has come to light??"

and started to giggle and her 4 friends followed her...

Ash was gonna start a ruckus...but I jumped in and said being anxious

"By any chance are you talking the rumours about us... ?

and not letting her speak I continued

"well you see... that's not true...we are best friends and best friends stay with you in your ups and downs...and that's what Ash was doing...and the other misunderstood..."

I looked at my surroundings in side eye...

finally they all started to accept that we were not gay... I was soo relieved...Ash went and only made it worse...

so that was settled ...but we still had the Ciel matter to settle...

I looked at her with a warm smile...guess that pissed her out...

you dont know what could piss out a popular bitch...

yes!! being innocent annoyed her...atleast it was like that in my case...

just then a boy named Taylor entered...

he was a friend of Ciel or may be the other way around....God knows...

you see... I'm a silent type so I don't actually know much of the students I am studying with...

guess I have amnesia..hahaha!

so he was just standing there and daydreaming...that's what I thought...

but then Ciel reached out to him and locked her arms around his neck and said

"Taylor! here you are! come on let's get going!"

and looked at us again saying " I had enough of this shit...you are just a waste of time"

and turned away in such a way where her hair would slap your face if you were close to her...

Ciel and her friends were leaving dragging Taylor along with them...

Taylor had a faded look in his face...

like as if he was also suffering from something...

just then when I was thinking about him

Taylor who was walking turned his head and looked into my eyes...

our eyes met each others....
