Bella’s POV

Why and I feeling this way. I am feeling love for Lucas. He’s so handsome and sweet. SWEET! He hit us and collared us! He is not my mate. Oh shut up Selena. Well we don’t have a mate and Lucas is so sweet. We have a mate Bella. Don’t you remember Kristof? Kristof?

I’m trying to think of who Kristof is. The name sounds so nice on my tongue. I have almost see his face in my mind but it’s fuzzy like my memories are clouded. I can’t remember what his face looks like? I think we have been spelled Bella. Lucas wouldn’t do that. I will figure it out. I say pushing her to the back of my mind and shutting her out.

L-“hey beautiful what are you thinking about?”

B-“just arguing with Selena. Nothing new” I say with a chuckle.

He extends his hand to me.

L-“come on let’s head inside. We don’t want you to get sunburnt.”

I fallow Lucas upstairs to our room. We sat down on our bed and he turned on a movie. I lay my head on his chest it feels nice but wrong for some reason. I look up at Lucas and he a has a wide smile on his face. Well he’s happy, shouldn’t I be happy?

He leans down and kisses me. I kiss him back. The kiss his warm and general but doesn’t feel right. Lucas starts to kiss down my neck and I close my eyes and savor the feeling of his lips on my neck. He straddles me and starts kissing me patiently. He removed my shirt and starts kissing down my body. I rip his shirt off in return. I can feel Selena trying to link me but I ignore her. Suddenly Garrett burst into the room. I grab my shirt to try to cover myself.

G-“My sincerest apologies Sawyer. But King Kristof and his armies are entering our territory.

L-“I will be right down. Thank you Garrett. (He looks at me) stay here baby. I don’t want you to get hurt.”

I nod at him and put my shirt on. What’s this pull I feel. I need to see where it’s coming from.

It’s the mate pull Bella. Our mate is here.

Lucas?

No Kristof and Dom. Do you smell that?

Yeah it smells like lilacs and strawberries. It smells heavenly.

I fallow the scent out of my room and outside the front gate. I stand back behind a tree and watch. I see Lucas in fighting stance and he is arguing with someone. That guy seems so familiar. He’s are mate Bella. Try to remember. I’m trying! I can feel the fog slowly lifting and images of Kristof come flooding back. Suddenly hands grab me from behind and drag be back further into the tree line. It’s my father.

Brian-“fallow me Bella.”

B-“what are you doing? Where are we going. I need to go back. Everything feels so fuzzy.”

Brian-“I’m taking you to your mate Bella. Don’t you remember?” He says with a confused face.

B-“I don’t have a mate. Well I thought I didn’t but when I saw that man All of these memories came rushing back but I can’t see them clearly. It’s like I’m trying to see the fog.”

Brian’s POV

So the plan is set. I will arrived before Kristof and his army does and I will find Bella and bring her to there safe meet up spot. Then his warriors will notify that she is safe and they will retreat.

I walk into the palace and act normal. I pack up my stuff and quickly hid it at the meeting spot. I go back and see Kristof and Lucas arguing at the front gate. Ok I need to find Bella and bring her to safety. I see her behind a tree watching Kristof and Lucas argh. I sneak up behind her and grab her.

Brian-“fallow me Bella.”

B-“what are you doing? Where are we going. I need to go back. Everything feels so fuzzy.”

Brian-“I’m taking you to your mate Bella. Don’t you remember?” What do you mean she doesn’t remember.

B-“I don’t have a mate. Well I thought I didn’t but when I saw that man All of these memories came rushing back but I can’t see them clearly. It’s like I’m trying to see the fog.”

Then it dawns on me. He must haves used magic. We need to get her to Kristof. Only he can break the is spell. The mate bond is trying to break it but we need Kristof.

We arrive at the safe point and the guard nods and me. I rush Bella into the car and we wait. About 10 mins later Kristof opens the back door and jumps on. He wraps his arms around Bella and she is stiff for a min. Please let this work.

Kristof POV

~your majesty, the queen is safe. My warrior mind linked me.

~~everyone stand down and retreat the queen is safe.

We all retreat and Lucas thinks he won. Jokes on him I have my Bella back. Go to mate! I want mate! I run to the safe spot just outside the territory. I doing open the car and jump in like a child on Christmas morning. I grab my Bella and bring her into a hug. I notice she is still at first. She is smelling me. I turn to Brian hoping he can explain.

Brian-“he used magic on her. She senses you but she can’t remember. Kiss her. That should snap the spell.”

Don’t have to tel me twice. I crash my lips into Bella’s. At first she doesn’t kiss me back. Suddenly she is kissing me back and straddling me.

B-“omg I can’t believe he made me forget.” She kisses me again.

We need to mark her when we get home. No one is taking my mate ever again Dom says to me. Never again buddy.
