Bella’s POV

I wake up wrapped in Kristof’s arms. I still can’t believe this is my life now. I slip out of Kristof’s hold and go to the bathroom. The gash on my forehead is almost completely healed and my face is no longer bruised. The food, rest and most of all our mate is helping me heal. I lift up my shirt and see the same thing has happened to my stomach and ribs. I can’t help but smile. I’m safe now. God I miss her. She’s with the mood goddess now. I know Selena. I feel her watching over us.

“Baby girl....Bella!!” Yells Kristof. He must be worried.

“I was just in the bathroom” I state as I walk out and sit on the edge of the bed stretching my back. It cracks in several places.

“You scared me baby girl” Kristof says to me. I can’t help by smile.

“So baby girl I wanted to ask you about your family?”

“My family? Well there is not much to know really” I say looking down at my hands.

“My mother’s name was Ellie White. She was born and raised in England. I was the result of a one night stand. My grandparents saw me as a disgrace. My mom was only 17 at the time. My grandpa told my mom to quote get rid of me or leave his pack. She left that night and fallowed her friend Anna to the Howling moon pack. Anna had left when she found her mate. We lived in peace until that large rouge attack when she died, Ann died and her mate Daniel died as well. I was left with no family and the alpha who hated me just for being a hybrid.” Kristof looks up at me with tears in his eyes.

“Do you know who your father is baby girl?”

“No. His name was Brian Wilson. That’s all I know about him.”

“Well you have family now.” He says while pulling me onto his lap. He shoved his nose in the crook of my neck and inhaled my scent.

“I will keep you safe” he says. He puts on Netflix and we just relax. My life is finally going right I think.

Unknown POV

“Why haven’t we found her! It’s been 6 years since our last lead. I need the hybrid girl Bella; the seer said would be extremely powerful. She is to me my chosen mate and your queen.”

“Yes sire, we are working around the clock”

“We need to find her before she finds her true mate! I tracked her mother to that Howling moon pack, killed her but no one could find the girl. Go to the Howling moon pack and see if she is still there. Talk to the Alpha.”

“Yes Sire”

“Soon you will be mine Bella. My beautiful hybrid. Our children will be so powerful.”

Bella’s POV

Kristof is working in his office with his father getting ready for the Luna ceremony and the crowing. I can’t believe I will be queen. We will have to mate and mark each other soon. Am I ready for that. Of course we are. He loves us. What if he changed his mind, what if I’m not a good queen. Bella don’t worry about that. He loves you so much I can feel it. It’s our destiny.

“Kristof, can I go to the garden?”

“Of course baby girl. Just don’t wonder off the grounds please.”

The garden is soothing. I let the magic flow through my figures. I practice my magic in secrets or years. I close my eyes and feel fire appear in my hand.

I close my eyes and the fire disappears. The I concentrate and feel the wind howl around me. Check. Earth is the easiest for me. Water is the hardest. I close my eyes and think of all the pain I have endured over my life. A shake wave of power flows through me and that’s when I hear thunder c***k and rain drops hit my face. I look up and spin around. I did it! Yes. We are getting stronger Bella. I teleport back to my bedroom. Man it feels good to be able to use my magic without fear of being beaten to death.

Unknown POV

I’m sitting in my office when I feel a shock wave of power. What is that. My inner demon stirs with the feel of power.

“Sire, sire. The seerer wants to see you. It’s important.”

“Send her in David” he bows and the seerer walks in.

“King Lucas” she bows

“What is madam Lora?” I ask her feeling impatient

“The hybrid unlocked the final element. It sent off a wave of power. It came from the North, from the royals Pack”

So that was the power I felt.

“David! Send my best to the royal pack to find her. Bring her unharmed!”

“Yes sire”
