The messages continued throughout the night.
"The ground is still soft. Easy to dig up."
"He was just a kid, Daniel. How could you?"
"Tick-tock. Time’s running out."
Daniel’s paranoia grew. He barely slept, afraid that at any moment, someone would knock on his door with handcuffs. He thought about running, but where? He couldn’t just disappear. That would make him look guilty.
The next morning, another text came. "Meet me at the old barn. Midnight. Or I go to the cops."
Daniel had no choice.
Chapter 4 focuses on Daniel being psychologically tormented by the mysterious sender.
As the threats continue, Daniel receives more disturbing messages:
"The ground is still soft. Easy to dig up."
"He was just a kid, Daniel. How could you?"
"Tick-tock. Time’s running out."
The pressure builds, and Daniel starts to lose his grip on reality. He barely sleeps, constantly looking out the window, convinced someone is watching him.
Then, a final message arrives: "Meet me at the old barn. Midnight. Or I go to the cops."
Daniel has no choice—he must go, or his secret will be exposed. But he doesn’t know who’s waiting for him… or what they want...what is next
