Myra hated unanswered questions. She hated unfinished conversations even more. And yet, here she was, stuck in the middle of both when it came to Arjun. The student council room felt smaller than usual, the air between them charged with something neither of them was willing to name. Myra clenched her jaw, forcing herself to hold his gaze.
