Joeys’ POV
Where did she go? I was on foot because I didn’t have time to shift. Cristy and Jen stayed back incase she came running back there way. The pack patrols have noticed an increase in different names running around. I don’t know why the coyote made her shift though. Maybe my boys just really want to hunt. They weren’t even hear yet and I was so proud. A fox ran out in front of me and changed directions I followed close on her tail it wasn’t till I got really close though that I noticed her sent was off. This was my mate.
I broke off and ran back to where Jenny and Cristy were right as my fox came sprinting at me. She shifted in midair, and I had to adjust to catch her so she would get hurt or hurt the kids. She was out of breath.
