Chapter 10 Hank’s snoring woke Robbie up before daylight. He reached for a stick and whacked his leg. Hank snorted, turned over on his side, and breathed a heavy but relatively quieter tone. Robbie lay looking up at the stars. The clear night made the air a bit cooler than the night before. It seemed a little too easy yesterday. Better pay attention today. Expendables? Can the lives of a few be so unimportant that they can be so quickly thrown away for their security?
