Aria’s POV
“Wait here, the maiden will be here in just a while.” Delilah says to me. She gives me a hug, I hug her back with all my heart. She then leaves me all alone. I get literal chills, what will my father think when he sees her returning alone. I can feel the wind blowing, which only means I am outside or in an open area.
If everything goes according to plan, then I wouldn't be seeing her any time soon. Because I swear when I get away, I will not look back. And this time around I will make sure, they will not find me. I will find my mate and go as far away from here as I possibly can.
She walks stealthily back to the wedding venue. I stay there waiting for the maiden eagerly.
I wait for a while and decide to peep, maybe she isn’t seeing me since I am in a completely dark place
