“Thank you so much, Delilah, for telling us Aria's plan.” I thank her as we head towards the pack hospital to check on Aria. What her father did to her was awful, but what she wanted to do to me, was properstrous. How could she?
“It's nothing, I couldn't just let her do that to you. You are such a nice guy, you don't deserve that.” She answers me. She is a good woman.
“I thought we had bonded well today and that we had a shot, but I was wrong. She will never accept me.” I utter feeling heartbroken. The girl whom I have loved for years doesn't even want me to touch her. But that isn't going to break me.
“Don't give up, alright.” She stands so that she can comfort me. She is so caring. And the way she looks at me, it's evident that she feels pity for me. Maybe I can use her
