CHAPTER 16 Over breakfast the next morning, Mark read through the stuff she had brought with her for a second time. Before they left in separate taxis she had handed him the envelope. He was fascinated by her neat script. He knew an expert could glean a lot about a person from his or her handwriting. He wondered what secrets hers would reveal. But his thoughts were sidetracked by the printed heading at the top of the cover page. Just one line: Hirschgasse 19. Still musing, and curious, he went out for a walk.
