Daciana tensed up as she watched the Beta walking toward her and the guards.
But he didn't seem to notice her turmoil and fixed his attention on the guards who stood in front of Kellen's door.
"Let her see him." He said simply, nodding curtly at them.
The guards hesitated, glancing at each other at first before they stepped aside and gave Daciana space to open the door and walk into the room.
