The day of the Alpha king's funeral finally came and at this point, the triplets had all finally accepted that their father was indeed gone forever.
It took Kellen a while but Daciana was glad he was slowly on the road of moving on.
"Daciana!" Elena almost yelled when she walked into her room.
Daciana smiled, standing up from the chair she sat on to go hug her friend.
Today was the only day the Beta allowed them to see each other at the palace since he banned outsiders from coming in.
"Oh, girl. It's been hell here." Daciana lamented, sighing with relief when Elena brushed her hand through her hair.
The latter chuckled lightly as she slowly pulled Daciana out of the hug.
"Yeah, but you've survived. You and your mates are alive and that's all that matters." Elena place
