The next morning, the day the investigations were supposed to commence, Daciana woke up with exhaustion in her eyes.
She rubbed her eyes with the back of her hand, yawning as she scanned her gaze around her room.
For an odd reason, she still couldn't shake off this feeling that there was something rotten happening in this pack. There was some form of foul play and she couldn't help but hope that the culprit would finally be caught.
At least, for Kellen's sake.
Suddenly, just when Daciana sat up from bed and stretched out her arms, her phone began ringing, forcing her to dim her eyes before she turned her gaze to it.
She picked it up and saw that it was an incoming call from Elena.
