"Hailey did what?" Kellen asked with shock when Daciana came out of her room and met with him as they walked toward the room downstairs that was meant for the interrogations.
Daciana nodded her head, still remembering all the details from her earlier encounter with Hailey. Even after the Beta's daughter left and she had her bath and freshened up, Daciana still felt weird.
"Yeah, I was way more shocked than you are." Daciana sighed, brushing her right hand through her hair as they descended the stairs. "But I'm telling you, she came to my room to apologize and then hugged me after telling me that she wanted to make it up to me."
Daciana glanced at Kellen who seemed speechless but at the same time seemed like he was deep in thought.
However, at the end of the stairs on the
